Mohammed Ibrahim Hassan al-Sinwar was a Palestinian politician and militant who succeeded his brother Yahya Sinwar after his brother was killed in October 2024, as the leader of Hamas in the Gaza Strip and of the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, until Mohammed Sinwar himself was killed in May 2025.
