Lenalidomide, sold under the brand name Revlimid among others, is a medication used to treat multiple myeloma, smoldering myeloma, and myelodysplastic syndromes. For multiple myeloma, it is a first line treatment, and is given with dexamethasone. It is taken by mouth. From Wikipedia
