Indian-Origin Father and Daughter Fatally Shot at Virginia Store; Suspect in Custody

George Frazier Devon Wharton, 44, has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder in the shooting of Pradipkumar Patel and his daughter Urmi Patel, who were working at a family-owned store.
