10 Dead, 24 Injured in Bus-Truck Collision in Madhya Pradesh

A speeding bus rammed into a stationary truck on NH-30 in Maihar, leaving several critically injured and authorities fearing a rise in the death toll.

The accident occurred late Saturday night near Nadan Dehat police station in Maihar district.
The bus, traveling from Prayagraj to Nagpur, collided with a stone-laden truck parked by the roadside.
Six passengers died on the spot, while four others succumbed to their injuries en route to the hospital.
Among the injured, many are in critical condition and are receiving treatment in hospitals in Maihar, Amarpatan, and Satna.
Authorities are investigating the incident, and the government has announced financial assistance for the families of the deceased.
