12-Year-Old Boy Found Safe After Overnight Stay in Ohio Target

A missing 12-year-old boy was discovered inside a Target store in Columbus, Ohio, after spending the night alone, sparking a police investigation.

A 12-year-old boy reported missing Sunday night was found early Monday inside a Target store in Columbus, Ohio.
The boy had run away from home and spent the night in the store before being discovered by an employee opening the store.
Target stated that upon discovering the boy, they immediately contacted law enforcement and cared for him until authorities arrived.
The boy was taken to Franklin County Children’s Services before being reunited with his parents.
No charges are expected to be filed, and there were no reports of the boy being harmed.
