13 Injured as School Bus Overturns on New Jersey's Garden State Parkway

A crash involving a bus carrying 31 passengers left one child critically injured and caused significant highway disruptions.

A school bus carrying 31 people overturned on the Garden State Parkway in Montvale, New Jersey, on Monday evening.
Thirteen passengers were hospitalized, including a child who sustained critical injuries but was reported to have a pulse following treatment.
The crash occurred near mile marker 170.9, close to the James Gandolfini Service Area, around 7:30 p.m. ET.
Montvale Mayor Mike Ghassali confirmed no fatalities and expressed gratitude to first responders and neighboring towns for their swift assistance.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation, and the parkway's lanes were temporarily closed as emergency crews worked at the scene.
