14 Injured as Transit Bus and Car Crash into Long Beach Seafood Restaurant

- A public transit bus collided with a car around 3:15 p.m. at South Street and California Avenue in Long Beach and then crashed into The Boujie Crab restaurant, causing significant damage to the building and injuring at least 14 people.
- Of the 14 injured, 10 were transported to local hospitals for further treatment, including four who required advanced life support; the rest of the injured were treated on site.
- The vehicle involved in the incident required extraction of its two passengers using the Jaws of Life; all injured people were adults.
