A group of nine individuals allegedly demanded the 14-year-old kneel and kiss the hands and feet of one attacker before the assault escalated.
The victim was kicked in the face and further beaten while on the ground by multiple members of the group.
One individual reportedly filmed the incident on a smartphone, while the victim's own phone was taken and thrown into the nearby Spree River.
The teenager sustained facial injuries and pain in her hand and legs, requiring hospital treatment; police are investigating to identify the attackers.
