• A 15-year-old boy has died after suffering critical injuries in a collision between a white Honda 125 motorbike and a white BMW X5 in Redditch on Sunday morning.
• The motorbike, carrying three people in violation of UK road safety laws, collided with the car at the junction of Studley Road and Howard Road.
• Three individuals have been arrested: a 50-year-old man for causing death by careless driving, a 15-year-old boy for causing death by dangerous driving and vehicle theft, and an 18-year-old man for vehicle theft.
• Emergency services, including two ambulances, paramedic officers, and an air ambulance, provided advanced trauma care at the scene before transferring the boy to Birmingham Children’s Hospital, where he later died.
• West Mercia Police are urging witnesses or anyone with dashcam or CCTV footage of the collision or the vehicles involved prior to the incident to come forward.
