The Horseracing Authority has banned Mr Incredible from competing due to poor performance, while notable withdrawals include Inothewayurthinkin and L’Homme Presse.
The race will be broadcast live on ITV for free-to-air viewers, with additional coverage available via Racing TV for subscribers.
Tickets are still available for the event, starting at £85 for general admission, with grandstand seating priced at £195.
