2025 Video Game Hall of Fame Nominees Announced

Public voting is open until March 13 to help select three inductees from a list of 12 iconic games.

Strong National Museum of Play in New York has revealed 12 nominees for this year’s World Video Game Hall of Fame.
The nominees include Age of Empires, Angry Birds, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Quake, and Goldeneye 007, among others.
Public votes will be combined with input from an International Selection Advisory Committee to determine the final inductees.
Three games will be inducted into the Hall of Fame, with the winners announced on May 8, 2025.
The Hall of Fame recognizes games with significant influence, longevity, and cultural impact across the globe.
