4-Year-Old Florida Boy Dies After Accidentally Shooting Himself with Gun Found in Family Car

The incident occurred as the family prepared for a pizza outing; Chosen entered the car early to wait for his parents and discovered the loaded firearm.
His mother, Quinta Morris, heard a loud noise, initially mistaking it for something breaking, before finding Chosen gravely injured in the car parked in the garage.
The boy was rushed to a nearby hospital but succumbed to his injuries nearly 24 hours later, leaving his family devastated by the tragedy.
Police are consulting with prosecutors on whether to file charges against the parents, though the police chief expressed reluctance given the circumstances.
