Overview

• A Toyota Prius driven by 28-year-old Giovanna Rodriguez-Fuentes struck the rear of a Volvo semi-truck while traveling east on Algonquin Road.
• Passenger Nazly Rodriguez-Munoz, 49, bled heavily from a leg wound before officers applied a tourniquet and firefighters transported her to a hospital, where she later died.
