San Francisco 49ers star Christian McCaffrey has listed his North Carolina mansion for sale at $12.5 million, $5 million more than he paid for it three years ago.
The mansion, located in Mooresville, North Carolina, features 6 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, a movie theater, gym, saltwater pool, and a boat dock.
The property also includes a one-bedroom guesthouse, family room, safe room, formal dining room, and luxury amenities like a spa, wine cellar, private beach, two-story closet, and top-tier appliances.
McCaffrey's boat, Wildcat ATV, jet ski, and golf cart are also part of the deal.
McCaffrey, who has been nominated for the MVP and Defensive Player of the Year awards, is also gearing up for a Super Bowl appearance with the 49ers against the Detroit Lions.
