5.9 Magnitude Earthquake Strikes Eastern Turkey, Causing Panic

The earthquake was felt in multiple provinces, including Diyarbakir, Elazig, and Sanliurfa, as well as parts of northern Syria.
Schools were closed in Malatya and Elazig as a precautionary measure following the tremor.
Four individuals were rescued unharmed from a partially damaged building in Elazig.
Malatya was previously one of the regions severely affected by the devastating February 2023 earthquake.
