75-Year-Old Woman Charged with Murder of Roommate at WA Retirement Village

Emergency services were called to the Bethanie Waters aged care home on Olivenza Crescent at 4:10am on Friday after reports of a death.
Police have charged a 75-year-old woman with the alleged murder of her 88-year-old roommate.
The two women had been sharing a room at the retirement village for only four days prior to the incident.
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Northbridge Magistrates Court via video link on Sunday.
