Abu Dhabi's First Hindu Temple Welcomes Visitors

Inaugurated by Prime Minister Modi, the temple introduces visitor guidelines, including a dress code.

  • Abu Dhabi's first Hindu temple, inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is now open to the public.
  • The temple, constructed by BAPS on a 27-acre site, was built using sandstone and marble in the Nagara style of architecture.
  • Visitors are advised to follow a dress code that prohibits tight-fitting clothes, caps, t-shirts with offensive designs, and requires covering the area between the neck, the elbow, and the ankles.
  • Pets, outside food and drinks, and drones are not allowed within the temple premises to preserve the tranquil ambiance.
  • The temple is open from 9 am to 8 pm on all days except Monday.
