Actor Govinda Hospitalized After Accidental Gunshot to Leg

The Bollywood star is recovering after his licensed revolver misfired at his Mumbai home while preparing for a trip to Kolkata.

Govinda, 60, accidentally shot himself in the leg with his licensed revolver early Tuesday morning.
The incident occurred around 4:45 am as he was preparing to leave for Kolkata for a show.
He was rushed to CritiCare Hospital in Mumbai, where the bullet was successfully removed and his condition stabilized.
Mumbai Police have seized the weapon and are investigating the incident, though no foul play is suspected.
Family members, well-wishers, and Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde have expressed their support and wished him a speedy recovery.
