The crew member suffered concussion symptoms and feared for his life following the incident.
Adams was charged with misdemeanor assault but the victim believes the charge is insufficient.
The lawsuit also names the Las Vegas Raiders, Kansas City Chiefs, and security companies as defendants.
The 20-year-old college student filed a civil lawsuit seeking damages beyond the criminal charge against Adams.
