The party's youth wing, Junge Alternative, created the controversial version using artificial intelligence during the recent state election campaign.
The altered song was performed at an AfD election party in Potsdam, prompting legal action from the band Die Atzen.
If the AfD violates the cease-and-desist agreement, they could face fines of up to 36,000 euros.
The AfD's leadership initially viewed the song as harmless, but legal and financial risks led to their compliance with the band's demands.
