Victims of the scam were directed to fake websites appearing to be legitimate outlets, where they were asked to pay a 'small shipping fee' for the cookware, only to face hidden monthly charges and receive no product.
Le Creuset has confirmed that it is not involved in any giveaway with Taylor Swift and has urged consumers to check its official online accounts before clicking on suspicious ads.
