The incident occurred in June 2023; Bostick used a blanket to cover his hand while touching the victim.
The victim reported the assault after the flight; Bostick was later arrested by the FBI in February 2024.
Prosecutors are recommending a nine-month prison sentence, though the maximum could be up to 10 years.
Alaska Airlines has banned Bostick from future travel on their flights.
