ALDI to Hire Over 13,000 Workers Nationwide with Pay Up to $23 Per Hour

The discount grocer aims to expand its workforce and store locations ahead of the holiday season.

ALDI is set to hire more than 13,000 store and warehouse associates as part of its holiday season preparations and ongoing expansion.
The company is raising its national average starting wages to $18 per hour for store positions and $23 per hour for warehouse positions.
Full-time employees working over 30 hours weekly will have access to benefits including healthcare insurance, paid time off, and fully paid parental leave.
ALDI's hiring initiative aims to increase its workforce from over 49,000 to around 60,000 employees nationwide.
