Amazon Expands Drone Delivery to the UK, Italy, and Additional US Cities

Amazon is launching and expanding drone delivery of packages and prescriptions in the UK, Italy, Texas, and California.
The company unveiled a new delivery drone called the MK30 that is quieter, smaller, and can fly farther than previous models.
Prescription medications from the Amazon Pharmacy can now be delivered by drone to customers in College Station, Texas within one hour.
Amazon is working closely with aviation regulators in each country to integrate drone delivery operations into the existing logistics network.
The company aims to provide faster delivery times and greater efficiency while contributing to sustainability goals.
