Amy Schumer has officially put her Brooklyn Heights townhouse on the market for $14 million as of March 24, 2025.
The decision to sell stems from her desire to simplify her family’s routine and be closer to her 5-year-old son’s Manhattan school.
The 5,600-square-foot home, purchased for $12.25 million in 2022, features five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a gym, and a wine cellar.
Schumer and her husband Chris Fischer renovated the property, including a backyard redesign by landscape architect Michael Van Valkenburgh.
The townhouse, built in 1829, holds cultural significance as the Castorini family home in the 1987 film 'Moonstruck.'
