Annie Leibovitz Lists Upper West Side Home After Children Leave Nest

Renowned photographer Annie Leibovitz is selling her Upper West Side duplex apartment.
The 4-bedroom unit is located in the prestigious Brentmore building on Central Park West.
Leibovitz bought the 3,500 square foot co-op 9 years ago for $11.3 million, and is now asking $8.6 million.
She renovated the prewar space during her ownership, updating the kitchen, guest bedroom, and bathrooms.
With her children grown, Leibovitz says the large home is now too big for her needs.
