Apple Introduces Battery Health Menu for New iPad Models

The M2 iPad Air and M4 iPad Pro now feature battery health data and adaptive charging options, unavailable on older models.

Users can check battery health and cycle count directly in the Settings app.
New iPads include an option to limit charging to 80% to extend battery lifespan.
These features mirror those available on the iPhone 15 series.
Older iPad models will not receive these updates, even with the latest iPadOS.
The new iPads are available for order, with official release set for May 15.
