Madix Seeks Court Order for 'Partition by Sale' Amid Dispute Over Los Angeles Property

Ariana Madix, star of 'Vanderpump Rules', has filed a lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval to force the sale of their shared Los Angeles home, which they bought together in 2019 and still cohabit.
Madix is requesting a 'partition by sale', meaning the house would be sold and the proceeds split between them. She is against a 'division in kind', which would allow them to retain ownership and potentially sell their portion to a third party.
The couple split in March 2023 following Sandoval's affair with their Vanderpump Rules co-star Raquel Leviss, but continued to live in the house together.
Madix has expressed her desire to sell the house and move on with her life, while Sandoval reportedly does not want to part with the property.
The lawsuit was filed in the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
