Aston Martin Unveils Vanquish Volante, Its Most Powerful Convertible Yet

The 824-horsepower Vanquish Volante celebrates 60 years of Aston Martin's convertible lineage and is set for limited production starting in Q3 2025.

The Vanquish Volante is powered by a twin-turbocharged V12 engine producing 824 horsepower and 738 lb-ft of torque, making it Aston Martin's most powerful front-engine convertible.
With a top speed of 214 mph and a 0-60 mph acceleration time of 3.3 seconds, it edges out its main rival, Ferrari's 12Cilindri Spider, in top speed and power but lags slightly in acceleration.
The convertible features a fabric 'K-fold' roof mechanism that opens in 14 seconds and closes in 16 seconds, operable at speeds up to 31 mph.
Limited to 1,000 units annually (including coupe and convertible), the Volante starts at approximately $469,000, emphasizing exclusivity and bespoke customization options.
Marking the 60th anniversary of Aston Martin's 'Volante' name, the car combines modern engineering with traditional combustion power amidst the industry's shift toward electrification.
