Asus has launched the ROG Phone 8 Pro, a gaming smartphone that aims to offer a more complete premium Android experience.
The phone features the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, LPDDR5X RAM, and up to 1 TB of storage.
The ROG Phone 8 Pro includes an AeroActive Cooler X, a device that attaches to the phone and uses thermoelectric cooling to reduce the phone's temperature by up to 36 degrees Celsius, allowing for sustained performance during intensive gaming.
The phone is described as being more mainstream and less gaming-centric than previous models, with a design that is more conventional and suited to everyday use.
