Bam Margera Surrenders After Alleged Assault and Terroristic Threats Against Family

Bam Margera faces criminal charges after his musician brother called police reporting Margera had kicked and pounded on his locked bedroom door and left a threatening note.
Margera turned himself into Pennsylvania authorities after a warrant was issued for his arrest in connection with an alleged assault against his brother.
Margera was arraigned on one count of simple assault, harassment and four counts of terroristic threats with bail set at $50,000 unsecured.
Margera's attorney said his client pleaded not guilty though Margera's brother says his addiction has led to violent behavior.
Margera is to have no contact with the victims, return to his residence, and is to be supervised upon release.
