Belarus To Receive Russian Tactical Nuclear Weapons, Says Lukashenko

Belarusian President Lukashenko says he would deploy Russian tactical nuclear weapons if Belarus faces aggression.
Russian President Putin planned to deploy short-range nuclear weapons to Belarus earlier this year.
Lukashenko argues the move deters potential aggressors though Russia will retain control of the warheads.
The weapons are set to arrive in Belarus in a matter of days, earlier than Moscow had said.
Belarus once hosted Soviet nuclear arsenals and still has facilities to host longer-range missiles if necessary according to Lukashenko.
