Bengals Running Back Joe Mixon Recharged for Aggravated Menacing Following New Evidence Discovery

Joe Mixon, Cincinnati Bengals running back, has had a misdemeanor charge of aggravated menacing refiled against him for allegedly threatening and pointing a gun at a woman in an incident earlier this year.
The initial charge was dismissed but was refiled after Cincinnati police discovered new evidence during their investigation.
Mixon will appear in court on April 19 to face the charge.
Mixon has had previous off-field issues, including a misdemeanor assault charge in college in 2014.
The Bengals have stated they are aware of the charges and will monitor the situation.
