Beyoncé and Jay-Z Purchase $200M Malibu Mansion, Setting California Record

According to reports, Beyoncé and Jay-Z bought a 30,000 square foot home in Malibu for $200 million.
The minimalist concrete house overlooking the Pacific Ocean was designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando and took 15 years to build.
The $200 million price tag makes it the most expensive home ever sold in California and second in the U.S.
Beyoncé and Jay-Z, who own homes in Bel-Air and the Hamptons, were represented in the deal by Kurt Rappaport of the Westside Estate Agency.
The property consists of six distinct structures on eight acres in the affluent Paradise Cove enclave known as “Billionaires’ Row.”
