Blue Jays shortstop Bo Bichette exits game with knee injury

Bichette experienced right knee discomfort while rounding first base in the third inning.
He was attended to by the Blue Jays trainer and manager after feeling the discomfort.
Bichette walked off the field under his own power but had a noticeable limp.
Santiago Espinal replaced Bichette at shortstop after he exited the game.
The extent of Bichette's knee injury is not yet known.
