Body of Missing Chicago Pastor Found in Submerged Car

Rev. Warren Beard, last seen on July 2, was discovered in the Des Plaines River with no signs of foul play.

His body and car were located in the Des Plaines River near Rockdale, Illinois.
Surveillance footage showed Beard's vehicle driving into the river on July 2.
