• Jason, a 50-year-old from Poole, entered the water Monday night near Napier Road after his cabin cruiser ran aground.
• Dorset Police launched a search alongside HM Coastguard, the RNLI, Wessex Search and Rescue and the Devon & Cornwall Police dive team.
• Specialist police divers recovered a body in Rockley Harbour shortly after 9:30 PM on Tuesday.
• Officers believe the remains to be Jason and family members have been informed.
• The HM Coroner will oversee formal identification of the body and conclude the investigation into the circumstances of his death.
