Bomb Hoax Leads to Evacuation of Schools in Bengaluru

Authorities Respond to Second Wave of Threats in India's Tech Hub

Nearly 50 schools in Bengaluru, India, were evacuated following an email bomb threat, which police have since deemed a hoax.
This is not the first occurrence, as similar threats were received by six schools in the city last year.
Bengaluru, known as 'India's Silicon Valley', is home to major companies such as Amazon and Google.
Authorities have not closed all schools in the city, but have sent anti-sabotage teams to all the schools that received threats.
Efforts are being made to trace the culprits behind the hoax emails.
