British Balladeer Roger Whittaker Dies at Age 87

Roger Whittaker, known for his sentimental songs, died at age 87.
Whittaker grew up in Kenya and was passionate about music from a young age.
He wrote much of his own music, sold 60 million albums worldwide, and had a signature hit "The Last Farewell."
Whittaker had a dedicated following in Europe and America, touring extensively.
In addition to music, he made a documentary on Kenya and was involved in charity work.
