Bacari-Bronze O'Garro, a TikToker known as Mizzy, filmed himself illegally entering people's homes and harassing strangers on the street.
O'Garro was fined and issued a two-year criminal behavior order banning him from posting without permission after distressing a family by entering their home.
Though claiming remorse, O'Garro declared in an interview that he could do whatever he wanted as an adult.
O'Garro had built up a reputation on TikTok for dangerous "pranks" like walking into homes uninvited and running off with an elderly woman's dog.
After public backlash, O'Garro announced he was done creating "mayhem" online.
