Buffalo mass shooting survivors file lawsuit against social media companies, gun manufacturers, and shooter's parents

Sixteen witnesses of the Buffalo mass shooting filed a lawsuit alleging the defendants contributed to the attacker's radicalization and ability to carry out the shooting.
The plaintiffs say they continue to suffer from trauma after witnessing the racially-motivated shooting at the Tops grocery store.
The lawsuit names social media platforms like YouTube and Reddit which allegedly enabled the shooter's extremist views.
Gun manufacturers and retailers are also named for supplying the shooter with firearms and body armor used in the attack.
In addition to companies, the parents of the 18-year-old shooter were sued for neglect and enabling their son.
