Building collapse in Brazil kills at least 14, traps others

At least 14 people, including 6 children, died when an apartment building collapsed in Recife, Brazil after days of heavy rain.
The building had been condemned for over 10 years but was occupied by homeless people with nowhere else to go.
Rescue workers pulled 2 girls and a woman alive from the rubble, though one man later succumbed to his injuries.
City officials had declared the building unsafe to inhabit since 2010 but many had no choice.
