Cade Cunningham, other young NBA stars join Team USA for World Cup training camp

Rising American basketball stars including Chet Holmgren and Cade Cunningham will join Team USA for training camp in Las Vegas.
The U.S. Select Team, coached by Jamahl Mosley, will practice against the American team competing in the 2023 FIBA World Cup.
Holmgren is yet to play an NBA game due to injury, while Cunningham averaged 19.9 points as the 2021 No. 1 draft pick.
Other Select Team players include Jalen Green, Jalen Williams, and Keegan Murray, who had strong rookie NBA seasons.
The Select Team may travel and replace injured World Cup team players before the tournament.
