Clark, who scored only seven points in the game, was seen working on midrange and three-point shots at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
McCaffery, a member of the Indiana Pacers coaching staff, assisted Clark by playing defense and rebounding shots.
The couple, both former Iowa Hawkeyes, have been dating for over a year and often support each other's professional endeavors.
Clark was recently left off the U.S. Olympic roster but remains a top alternate for the team.
