Pilot Kheng Chhaiyuth was found deceased in the helicopter; Sun Phalla's body was located nearby.
Heavy rain has hindered the recovery of the bodies from the crash site.
The incident is the second crash involving a Chinese-made Z-9 helicopter in Cambodia.
