Canadian Teen Drowns During Swim Camp in Florida

The incident occurred during swimming drills off the coast of Indian Shores, near Tampa.
Despite checks for riptides and hazards, Zhang did not return after the drills, prompting a search.
His body was recovered by the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office Underwater Search and Recovery Team.
The death is not considered suspicious, but the cause remains under investigation.
