Caroline Darian Files Sexual Assault Complaint Against Imprisoned Father Dominique Pelicot

Darian accuses her father, already serving 20 years for crimes against her mother, of drugging and assaulting her in incidents dating back to 2020.

Caroline Darian, daughter of Dominique and Gisèle Pelicot, filed a complaint on March 5, 2025, accusing her father of sexual assault, including rape and attempted rape.
Dominique Pelicot is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence for orchestrating the drugging and assault of his wife, Gisèle Pelicot, by 51 men over several years.
Darian alleges that her father used chemical submission, similar to the methods employed in his crimes against her mother, to assault her while she was unconscious.
Key evidence includes photos found on Dominique Pelicot's computer showing Darian unconscious and in unfamiliar undergarments, which were originally uncovered during the earlier investigation into her mother's case.
The new complaint has been filed in Versailles, where Darian resides, and includes accusations of multiple offenses such as administering incapacitating substances to facilitate sexual assault.
