Chelsea sign promising French midfielder Ugochukwu from Rennes

Chelsea have signed French midfielder Ugochukwu from Rennes for £23.5 million.
Ugochukwu is 17 years old and signed a 7-year contract with an option for an extra year.
Ugochukwu made 35 appearances for Rennes last season despite his young age.
