Overview

• Christian C. Gardner was arrested and charged with first-degree murder after the fatal stabbing of a 64-year-old man on the Near West Side of Chicago.
• The incident occurred on Monday morning at approximately 7:50 a.m. on West Gladys Avenue, where Gardner allegedly stabbed the victim multiple times in the chest and back during an argument.
