Dumontet allegedly threw a bag containing a glass bottle, missing Quinn but injuring their 2-year-old son, who was later taken to the hospital.
Following the incidents, Quinn is reportedly planning to file for divorce and is seeking further protection against Dumontet.
Dumontet was released on bail set at $30,000 after each arrest, with a court appearance scheduled for April.
The couple, married since 2019 and co-founders of RealOpen real estate brokerage, have been in the public eye due to their appearance on 'Selling Sunset'.
